Jyoti Rubber Industries is an IATF 16949:2016 Rubber and Plastic components manufacturing company established in the year of 1992 by Shri Mr. Ajay Ahuja.
Having a rich experience of 30 years in the Automotive Rubber and Plastic Industry. Today, JRI is a world-class manufacturer for moulded rubber and injection moulded plastic parts providing manufacturing services to OEM’s globally. JRI has a unique capability to process rubber parts in all grades like NR, NBR, SBR, EPDM, Silicon, Viton, Neoprene, HNBR, Fluoro, etc.
For plastic parts in grades like PP (Polypropylen), PVC (Polyvinylchlorid), TPE (Thermoplastic rubber), PA 66, POM (Polyoxymethylen, PAb & ABS etc. It therefore offers a ‘one stop shop’ engineering solutions to all the customers through its expertise in designing, development, tooling, moulding, assembly, testing and delivery capabilities across the globe.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
Rubber Moulding- JRI has installed various PLC controlled Vacuum Compression and Transfer Moulding machines of different capacities for Rubber Compression Moulding. As a result of Kaizens, many of these machines are run in sync with the low-cost automation for benefits like cycle time reductions, compound savings, ergonomics, increased worker safety, etc. Plastic Moulding– JRI is equipped with latest Horizontal and Vertical Plastic Injection Moulded machines ranging from 40 to 100 Tonnes. These are all PLC controlled, working on an automated cycles.
